How copyright, reuse rights, and open-access licensing work for published articles.
The Metiledted: International Multidisciplinary Journal in Language, Education, and Culture respects the intellectual property rights of authors and is committed to promoting open and ethical dissemination of scholarly work.
01 Copyright Ownership
Authors retain full copyright of their submitted and published manuscripts. By submitting to the journal, authors grant Metiledted Journal the right of first publication and non-exclusive publishing rights. This allows the journal to publish, distribute, and archive the work in print and/or digital formats.
02 Author Rights
Authors are allowed to:
- Reuse their published work in future books, lectures, or academic compilations
- Share their published article on personal websites, institutional repositories, or academic platforms
- Distribute copies of their work for educational and non-commercial purposes
Proper citation of the original publication in Metiledted Journal is required in all cases of reuse.
03 Licensing Policy
All articles published in the journal are licensed under an open-access model to encourage wide dissemination of knowledge. Unless otherwise stated, content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).
This license permits others to:
- Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
- Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
Provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source.
04 Open Access Policy
The journal provides immediate open access to its content, meaning all articles are freely available to readers without subscription or payment barriers. This supports global knowledge sharing and academic collaboration.
05 Third-Party Content
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted material (such as figures, tables, or images) included in their manuscript. Proper attribution must be provided where applicable.
06 Misuse and Copyright Violations
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of published content without proper attribution or beyond the scope of the license is strictly prohibited.
